Precision Air Conditioning Detection Module

OM-KT-Y1

Using the RS485 (or RS232) intelligent interface and communication protocol provided by the precision air conditioning equipment, the monitoring signals of the precision air conditioning are directly connected to the serial port of the monitoring host through a bus, and the precision air conditioning is monitored in real-time by the monitoring platform software. The software monitors the operating status and parameters of various components of the air conditioning system, such as compressors, fans, heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, filters, etc. It also allows for remote modification of air conditioning settings (temperature, humidity, upper and lower temperature limits, upper and lower humidity limits, etc.) through a network, and enables remote powering on/off of the air conditioning system.

Real-time monitoring of the operational status and parameters of precision air conditioning components such as compressors, fans, pumps, heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, filters, return air temperature, and humidity. Remote control of precision air conditioning for power on/off is also available (the specific content that can be monitored is determined by the manufacturer's protocol, and may vary depending on the brand and model of precision air conditioning). Simultaneous support for linkage control with other subsystems, such as automatically initiating cooling operations when the temperature exceeds a certain threshold.

The system can set threshold limits (including upper and lower limits, as well as recovery limits) for various monitored parameters. Once a fault occurs in the precision air conditioning, the system will automatically switch to the corresponding monitoring interface. The status or parameter that triggered the alarm will turn red and blink, and an alarm event will be recorded and stored with corresponding handling prompts. External alarms will be triggered immediately through methods such as phone dialing, SMS, email, and audible and visual alarms.

Record queries are provided, enabling administrators to retrieve alarm data and parameter values at specific alarm times. These data can be exported in Excel format for convenient analysis, allowing administrators to comprehensively understand the operational status of precision air conditioning in the data center.

1. Automatically record air conditioning alarm information and provide access to alarm log inquiries.

2. Multiple alarm methods include: SMS, voice, phone calls, and emails.

3. Query alarm data and specific parameter values at the time of the alarm, and export them in EXCEL format.

4. Set threshold values (including upper and lower limits, as well as recovery thresholds). In case of a malfunction, the system will automatically switch to the corresponding monitoring interface.

5. Customizable according to needs: Real-time monitoring of working status and parameters is available based on the communication protocol and intelligent communication interface provided by precision air conditioning manufacturers.

6. Compatible with mainstream precision air conditioning brands such as Envicool, Vertiv, Stulz, Canatal, KSTAR, HIREF, Haier, EAST, iTaQ, Midea, CLIMAVENTA, BlackShields, and hundreds of other brands.
