Changqing Oilfield Company is a regional oilfield company affiliated to CNPC. It works in Ordos Basin, the second largest basin in China, covering Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Jin provinces with a total exploration area of 370,000 square kilometers.
Most of the substations supplying electricity to the integrated oil fields are isolated and generally unattended, and environmental risks of any size can be catastrophic. In order to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the first-line power grid in the oil production area, the integrated control system of the auxiliary equipment of the substation is put into use.
The customization requirements of this project are as follows:
1, 28 sites, more than 20 types of equipment and protocols, more than 500 points access, to achieve 5 seconds of acquisition control response.
2, monitoring objects: temperature and humidity, three-phase electricity, CO, CH4, air conditioning, water level, liquid level float, water, equipment cabinet temperature and humidity, circuit breaker body box temperature and humidity, rain and snow, lightning arrester, lighting, searchlight, fan, water pump, air conditioning, radiator, cable trench cover plate, etc
